Data Deletion Instructions

At PromptGram, we value your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data from our systems, you can do so easily by following the steps outlined below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate a complete deletion of your user profile, saved preferences, and account history from our Firebase database:

1. Send an email from your registered account address to mbadeveloper.inc@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your account identifier or username in the message body.

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your request, our team will verify ownership and permanently delete all records linked to your user ID within 7 business days. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.
